Please help to maintain this good service by providing us with the following courtesy.
We understand that circumstances arise that do not allow you to keep your appointment, but please remember to be courteous to us and our other clients by calling 24 hours – 48 hours prior to your appointment to cancel if you cannot make it. (Appointment of 1 hr. or more require 48 hours notice)
We require that you call one full working day prior to your appointment date,. For example if your appointment is at 12 pm Friday, We need 24 hours notice before that, so Thursday, would require a call to cancel your appointment.
When you book an appointment, that appointment time is reserved exclusively for you. Cancellations are to fill as, we are an appointments only Beauty Bar, therefore when someone cancels last minute or doesn’t show up, It really effects our business to run at a loss and the following clients waiting time. This rule is to provide you with a structured schedule, so our staff is fully dedicated to you and only you to provide the best service possible.
So the following must apply:
•No children under 12, unless getting a treatment done or supervised by an adult. No extra guests allowed , our space is small & it is difficult having extra people in the room.
Our Insurance policy wont allow children under 12 due to machinery, hot wax etc.
