Appointment Cancellation Policy Please Read Policy:
Deposits: A deposit is required in order to book an appointment. (Credit card processing fee and sales tax is not included in your deposit) All sales are final and all deposits are non-refundable. If you make an appointment and you cancel it and don't reschedule, the amount paid for the deposit is non-refundable.
A non-refundable booking fee is required for all services and in-person consultation appointments at the time of scheduling to confirm and hold your appointment.
Rescheduling Appointments: You can only reschedule once within 10 days using the same deposit.
All appointment cancellations must be made 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time. Any cancellations made in less than 48hours will result in a $50 charge to the credit card on file.
All no shows and missed appointments will be charged 100% of booked service fee.
Please contact us 48 hours prior to your appointment if changes or rescheduling is needed.
You will not be able to re-book until this fee is paid. If you are experiencing symptoms of the coronavirus, you will not be charged a cancellation fee, please provide 48 hours' notice, and you will be rescheduled.
Lateness: There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments. After 10 minutes a $25.00 late fee will be added to your services. Clients who are more than 20 minutes late will not be seen and will be considered a missed appointment and will be charged a $50 fee when rescheduling.
If you are a no show, you will be charged 100% for the services booked.
Guests: Absolutely, no extra guests are allowed at the time of service. The average service takes one hour and 30 minutes - 2 hours to complete, if you bring an extra guest, they will need to wait outside the business establishment until your service is completed.
No Children under the age of 12 years allowed unless they are getting a service.
No pets allowed, regardless of size.
Refunds: All sales are final; we do not provide refunds. We take our time with each client and stand by our work. Customer satisfaction is our priority. If you are not satisfied with the service, you have 24 hours to contact us to schedule an appointment and discuss options for a re-do.
If you contact us after the 24-hour period, you will not be considered for a redo.
Availability: In order to provide concierge service, no wait time, we are appointments only and book out 24 hours in advance.
If you would like to be seen same day or before or after business hours a $50.00 squeeze in fee will be added to your service.
Please call us 48 hours in advance to make these accommodations prior to booking.
if you need same day or early morning appt prior to business hours or after business hours appointments; we are able to accommodate for a fee.
Refills -New Sets -Lash Removals: We do not work over any other artist work, therefore if you have lashes on from another business establishment, you will be required to book a lash removal and a new set.
All lash refill appointments must be booked every 2 -3 weeks, and you must have 40% of your lashes left for it to be considered a refill appointment. After 2-3 refills (approx. 6 weeks) a fresh new set has to be booked. This is to prevent any lash damage to your original lashes and to clean up any accumulations of oils / dirt that could impact your lash retention. Please make sure when booking a new set that you add a lash removal with lash bath if needed. Please book accordingly as a new set and lash removal take an additional 45 minutes.
If you book for the wrong service and book a 2-3 -week lash fill and your last appointment was more 3 -4 weeks ago, your appointment will be required to make adjustment for the correct service. 2-week Lash fills are day 8-14- and 3-week lash fills are days 15-21. If you have passed that time stamp you will be required to get a new lash set and lash removal.
If when in doubt you are not sure what to book, you can text or email a picture of your lashes for an assessment.
Prepayment for services must be done via website for contactless checkout. No cash, card payments only.
